Highest-Quality Bison and Beef

Searching for a meat option that's both healthy and delicious? Our grass-fed, grass-finished bison and Corriente beef are the perfect choice! Raised without antibiotics or hormones, our animals graze on pastures free from pesticides and herbicides. We take pride in our commitment to quality and sustainability, ensuring every cut is carefully crafted to meet the highest standards. When you choose our bison and beef, you're choosing exceptional flavor and trusted excellence for your next meal.

Regenerative Agriculture

We are committed to regenerative agriculture practices that emphasize sustainable and holistic land management. By rotating our animals between open and wooded pastures, we promote soil health, foster biodiversity, and enhance overall ecosystem resilience. This approach ensures that our land remains productive and balanced for generations to come.

Hay Production

We produce our own hay, reflecting our commitment to self-sustainability and ensuring the highest quality control in our animals' diet. This approach allows us to provide nutritious, chemical-free feed while maintaining a closed-loop, sustainable farming system.

Winter Feeding

During the winter months, we distribute hay across our pastures to provide ample nutrition for our livestock. This practice not only ensures the well-being of our animals but also enriches the land by dispersing nutrients and seeds, fostering healthier pastures for future seasons.
